There are three options available on the Saarathi app to upload the documents –

 

  • Customer Self Upload
  • Upload Now
  • Not Available

If you select “Customer Self Upload” – The SSA link will be sent to the Applicant to upload the Relevant Document

 

Select Upload Now if you have the Applicant’s respective Document

You can select “Not Available” if the documents are not with the customer or you



List of documents that need to be uploaded, if the applicant is in the name of the company - 

  • Bank Statement - 

 

Select Bank – Duration of the statement – Upload PDF or take a clear picture of the document. Click the save button to not lose the document.

 

  • ITR - 

Select ITR for uploading returns document filed 

Select ITR V for Uploading acknowledgment form received from Income Tax department

Select Financial Year 

Upload PDF or take a clear picture of the document and click on save.

 

You can also add another financial year ITR after selecting the SAVE button.

 

  • Balance sheet 
  • GSTIN
  • Profit and loss statement 

 

List of documents that need to be uploaded, if the applicant is in the name of the company - 


  • BANK STATEMENT – 

 

Select Bank – Duration of the statement – Upload PDF or take a clear picture of the document. Click the save button to not lose the document.

 

  • FORM 16

 

Upload Form 16 documents provided by the relevant Employer(s) of your Customer – Upload PDF or take a clear picture 



  • SALARY SLIP

Add Salary Slip – Select the Last three months or you can add another month provided – Upload a PDF of the Salary slips or Take clear Pictures.

 

Add gross monthly salary

Add net monthly salary

Other allowances (Optional)

Click on save and done
