At the time of filling KYC, the end customers also receive a message from Saarathi where they receive a link for the Self-Service Application module. 


Customers have to click on the Self Service Application link received in the SMS, then the Saarathi system shares an OTP

on the customer's mobile number and customers have to enter that OTP in order to access the self-service module.  


After entering the OTP customer get basic details about the loan application and here Applicants & Co-Applicants can upload KYC & Financial documents directly in case they don't want to share them with the DSA or sales executive from the bank. 


After uploading the documents An OTP will be sent for verification purposes - After entering the OTP the system will be re-directed to T&C where they are asked for consent for the bureau and WhatsApp notifications (which is optional). 

Proceeding further, a list of financial documents details are asked like -  

  • ITR 
  • GST 
  • Salary Slip 
  • Bank Statements  

Applicants need to fill in documents required as per the type of loan application and then they can SUBMIT all the documents which they had uploaded.
