Click on Property Details on the anchor screen. Select the property type from the drop-down menu, then select if the property has been identified or not.


If yes, fill in details as - Select property stage from the drop-down menu options.

Select if the agreement has been done or not, along with the below-mentioned options - 

  • Purchase type 
  • Unit of measurement 
  • Land area 
  • Built-up area 
  • Carpet area 
  • Property Document Proof (optional) 


Now fill in Property Address - Select category and unit type respectively from the drop-down and enter the Pincode.


The APIs will fetch city and state details automatically Select Builder name and project name from the respective drop-down menu and Fill in details for property line address 1, 2 & 3 Click on Save and now you have added property address details successfully.


Now add Property Profiling Details for the following - 

Agreement Value 

Approx Property value 

Expected Down Payment 

Approx Construction Cost 

Litigation & Disputes on the Property 

Ownership of the Property 


then click on the SAVE button and the property details have been added successfully.
