There are four types of collaterals available currently in the Saarathi application -
- Property
- Fixed Deposit
- Recurring Deposit
- Life Insurence
We will run through Property -
After selecting the Property under the collateral section we can select the below-mentioned details from the available dropdowns-
- Property type
- Property stage & property subtype
- No. of months property has been owned,
Title documents type can be selected from the drop-down menu and the number of required documents needs to be added.
Clicking on collateral addresses a list of previously added addresses will be visible - Clicking on the appropriate addresses the addresses details will be added.
Collateral profiling -
Below mentioned details will be asked -
- Date of purchase
- Collateral area
- Location of collateral
- Approx value of collateral, etc
On clicking on save, you have entered the collateral details successfully - you can add more collaterals by clicking on "Add More Collaterals".
